After a fulfilling and fun four years, I have made the decision to transition from Gluten Free Sage to solely writing poetry. I have loved every second of it and am incredibly grateful, as Gluten Free Sage is what opened me to writing and creating things I love in the first place.
My mom Annabelle, who is now 82 years old, was an only child who lost both of her parents at a fairly young age. She showed me what it takes to be tough, smart, kind, and to never give up. However, the biggest thing she probably taught me is that your vibe attracts your tribe.
After much trial and error, I feel like I’ve landed in a beautiful place of health, healing & happiness. Wellness, healthy food, peace and beauty are all inextricably linked. They cannot be considered separately.
