Keep At It is a personal effort to create and promote the joy and happiness that make our lives and everyone around us better. The goal is to challenge kindness within ourselves and pay it forward with the same gratitude and no-quit attitude from role models who continuously lift humanity up with their generosity and compassion.

After much trial and error, I feel like I’ve landed in a beautiful place of health, healing & happiness. Wellness, healthy food, peace and beauty are all inextricably linked. I wrote this poem early yesterday morning inspired by the sacred space of first light—the time of day when light first appears, but before the sun rises.
