When I read the New York Times, I always go straight to the Modern Love column and Social Q’s in the Style Section, then I head back to the most popular articles. I deliberately spend a small amount of time on this because one of my highest priorities is To Be Outside. That is my social Q and modern day love story.
After a fulfilling and fun four years, I have made the decision to transition from Gluten Free Sage to solely writing poetry. I have loved every second of it and am incredibly grateful, as Gluten Free Sage is what opened me to writing and creating things I love in the first place.
When you feel really good, you’re almost afraid to talk about it, like you’ll jinx it. It takes great effort to maintain wellness, and you cherish this place with a strong reverence.

This past weekend, I was so excited to be participating in my first Sunday at Porter East with their awesome group of shops and restaurants and all the vendors and food trucks that come out for the event. My colleague Kristen Alden and I have a new book Gluten Free Soul Pilot that launches this week that we were able to share at an intimate pre-launch gathering at the Terminal Café and the Shops at Porter East surrounded by artisans who create beautiful, quality things on the daily.
